BUILDING AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN - BAS/BMS SYSTEM SPECIALIST - TOP PAY - URGENT NEED! The Preferred candidate will have expert technical knowledge with BMS systems, for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) within dynamic construction environments. This pivotal role requires a proven ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues across a broad spectrum of systems, including DDC, EPMS, and Energy Management Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced control strategies and building automation principles, enabling them to effectively troubleshoot and optimize system performance. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 4+ years field experience in the HVAC controls industry including DDC Systems commissioning , software integration operation, calibration, and experience with pneumatic controls. Knowledge of Automated Logic WebCTRL software tools and field circuit debugging skills preferred. Understanding of the construction industry with emphasis in mechanical/electrical fields. Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings. Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, WebCTRL and various operating systems. Proven track record of completing jobs on schedule, being self-motivated and achieving full customer satisfaction.
