About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Manager to join our team in Mountainside, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, purchase order creation, and order tracking
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business demand while minimizing excess stock
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner
• Analyze purchasing trends and inventory data to forecast needs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability aligns with project timelines and customer orders
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory within company systems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in a retail, home décor, or specialty products environment is a plus
• Able to travel 20% of the time
