Manager Business Project & Support

Position Title Manager Business Project & Support Overview Hours: 8a – 5p | Location: Hybrid (2 days in‑office, 3 days remote) Responsibilities Provide leadership, development, and management for a group of business resources responsible for system projects. Improve the processing of project delivery. Function as relationship manager between the Service Organization and the Information Technology group. Assure timely and accurate project deliverables across multiple lines of business. Manage and promote project management efficiency and improvements. Develop process management standards. Manage estimation of time and resources for project cost and planning analysis. Ensure quality by creating metrics for measurement of projects and processes. Embrace and research external industry and market trends. Develop and foster relationships with the customer base through proactive planning and strategy. Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports. Qualifications BA/BS in Business or Information Technology. Minimum 3 years of business system project experience, including project management of complex cross‑system efforts, feasibility studies, and cost‑benefit analysis. Previous management experience highly preferred. SQL experience preferred. Coordination of Benefits experience preferred.
