To learn more about our company, please visit our website at health.com/Objective: Improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, and promote the organization's values.Essential Functions:Oversee recruitment, interviews, hiring, and training of new staff, as well as, supervising the daily workflow in the department.Oversee the administration of HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, disputes and investigations, performance, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.Assist with employee resolutions as needed, possibly including discipline and termination.Develop and implement HR policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the organization's HR compliance and strategy needs.Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and review and modify policies to maintain compliance and guide management and employee actions.Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizational goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting and retention and support management by providing HR advice, counsel and decisions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication skillsHighly organized and detail orientedSuperior interpersonal skillsStrong people skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsProficiency with, or the ability to, quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systemsSupervision:Manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs are effective, efficient, and aligned to our overall business objectives.Position Type: Full-timeEducation and Experience:Prior experience as an HR Director/Manager; preferably minimum 5 yearsBachelor's degree in Human Resources management preferred
