Procurement Director

Responsibilities Lead procurement operations and sourcing requirements for Excellerate Engineer to Order (ETO) Business. Collaborate between cross‑functional teams including procurement, engineering, project management, operations, finance, and leadership. Develop standard processes and systems to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and minimize risk. Establish key metrics for organizational effectiveness and align sourcing processes to category strategies. Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers for value services and on‑time delivery. Assist with the development of project procurement strategies and resources. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 8–12 years of experience in sourcing & purchasing in the manufacturing and construction industry. Travel: 35–50% Ability to work flexible hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday‑Friday.
