• Rotating schedule -- five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days
• Both inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery experience required
• Surgical and call coverage experience required
• 1:2 call ratio -- beeper call with 15-minute response time
• Coverage until permanent staff is hired
