About the Position

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Approximately 6-8 shifts/month beginning September 2025; 12-hour shifts with variable times: 6a-6p, 6p-6a, and 10a-10p. Ongoing engagement.
• Job Setting: Combined ED/Urgent Care at a tertiary Level II Trauma Center; 38 combined ED/UC beds. Pediatric Level 3 facility. At least one APC in Urgent Care from 7:30a-12a with several overlapping shifts.
• Types of Cases: Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care; average 140 patient encounters per shift. Newborn deliveries received in the ED. L&D department on site. 24-hour availability of Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, Laboratory, Neuro-Surgery, OR, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology, and Vascular Surgery.
• Credentialing: Estimated 60 days if clean file. First day will be dedicated to orientation (preferably scheduled on a Monday). Provider must utilize "real time" Mobile Time Clock, preferably GPS.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required (ABEM required for this location)
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required; Fellowship required
• Licensure: Wisconsin license required
