New Home Sales Consultant

Responsibilities New Home Sales Consultants play a critical role in building the community and are held to high standards of excellence. Typical Duties Developing relationships with customers Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities Networking & prospecting Maintaining quality customer service and guiding buyers through the New Home Sales process Negotiating and closing deals Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork Obtaining and analyzing market data to keep our communities competitive Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus) Weekends required Maintaining standard sales office hours, while providing flexibility to meet customer schedules Commission and bonus opportunities Requirements Educational Requirements: College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred A Real Estate License is not required Preferred Experience/Background 2 Years’ Experience in new home sales Residential home‑building experience required Proven knowledge of the market Knowledge of sales concepts Working knowledge of the mortgage industry Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
