$141-176K + 15-30% bonus

Supervise : A team of 5-6 direct reports


Hours/Schedule : 40-50 hours per week, close week can get a bit higher

This job:

• Monthly close, accruals, reconciliation, financial statements and oversight of the day to day accounting
  
  
• Oversight of AP, AR, General Accounting
  
  
• Standard Cost Accounting
  
  
• Improve the SOX adherence and process.
  
  
• Strong team leadership but still very hands on, strong with Data Management
  
  
• Process Improvement, accountability, and deadline management
  
  

Looking for:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA is nice to have
  
  
• 5+ years of Accounting experience, preferring larger companies
  
  
• Strong US GAAP, SOX/Internal Controls
  
  
• Solid Management skills; Can grow and develop a team
  
  
• Manufacturing experience is preferred, but others may work
  
  
• Standard Cost Accounting knowledge is preferred

Pay Details: $141,000.00 to $176,000.00 per year
