At Epiroc USA LLC, our Rock Drilling Tools Division (RDT) develops, manufactures, and markets rock drilling tools worldwide. Its products are used for rock excavation within mining and construction for both surface and underground applications.

The Product Delivery Representative (PDR) serves as the primary point of contact for delivery and support of Rock Drilling Tools (RDT) Division products to the customer. This role supports operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability and maintaining accurate inventory at customer locations, including removal of damaged or obsolete materials. Success in this position requires strong customer relationships, consistent service execution, and effective support of territory and operational objectives related to Epiroc USA Rock Drilling Tools products and services. This is a full-time underground position.

The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds and frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds. Company provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) may be required in this role. The position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistent delivery and availability of Rock Drilling Tools (RDT) products to support customer productivity and service expectations.
• Conduct scheduled product testing and data collection activities to monitor equipment performance and operational results.
• Complete and provide tool utilization reports in a timely and accurate manner to support management analysis and planning efforts.
• Maintain professional communication and utilize available resources to achieve targets, goals and objectives
• Deliver proactive product support and operational recommendations that help customers improve safety, efficiency, and equipment value.
• Monitor and report competitor activity, including pricing, market trends, and product performance, as needed to support business needs.
• Collaborate with Product Support Specialists and management to support planning activities, operational objectives, and continuous improvement efforts within the Rock Drilling Tools Division.
• Continue developing product expertise and operational knowledge to support service quality and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in mining, drilling equipment, underground operations, or related industries preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience working in underground mining environments preferred.
• Ability to follow established procedures, work independently, and deliver consistent, high-quality results in field-based environments.
• Proficiency with standard business tools and reporting systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide dependable customer and operational support.
• Maintain required Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) training certifications or complete required training within designated timeframes.
• Valid driver's license required; frequent travel required based on customer and operational needs.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $28.00 - $35.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.
