Job Description

Arrive to work every day on time and be ready to perform duties within the assigned work cell. Safely produce quality product per the Process Control Plan and Work Order utilizing machinery, tooling, and measuring equipment supporting Company Objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Responsibilities:
•    Process customer parts per all relevant Standard Quality Practices (SQP), work instructions, and quality analysis
•    Communicate relevant information to either the Group Leader, Operations Manager and/or other manufacturing personnel to support a cohesive operating environment.
•    Verify parts with precision and measuring tools.
•    Check parts to ensure machine-related mistakes or flaws do not exist.
•    Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and the machines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•    At least 1 year of recent machine operating experience
•    Manual Dexterity
•    Basic reading skills
•    Ability to lift 50 pounds
•    Attention to detail & problem solving skills
•    Basic mechanical & computer operations
•    Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screen

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
