Veterinary Receptionist Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital in Latham, NY seeks a full‑time Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Specialist) to join our team. Compensation: starting at $22 per hour, up to $28 per hour with advanced knowledge and experience. Overnight differential: $3.50 per hour (11 p.m.–7 a.m.). Four 9‑hour shifts per week. VTS Support Responsibilities Educate and support clients and referring veterinarians about services and provide compassion over the phone and in person. Coordinate appointments to ensure seamless scheduling at our multi‑specialist hospital. Handle reminder and follow‑up communications via phone and email. Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files.
