CLIENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Position Overview The Client Support Associate is a key contributor and resource for Client Advisors, Client Relationship Associates, and clients. This role provides a wide range of internal administrative support to other client service colleagues and Client Advisors in the provision of service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Associate & Client Advisor Support Provides direct support and assistance to certain Client Advisors, Client Relationship Associates as well as clients. Acts as a liaison between our clients and other professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and custodians. Preparation of a wide variety of materials and analyses for clients and advisors, including detailed financial planning illustrations, contracts, statistical charts, performance reports, and other written communications. Serves as a back‑up to certain Client Relationship Associates, as needed. Financial Database, Records Maintenance and Reporting Generation and verification of certain materials provided to clients, including quarterly reports, fee statements, and any other special reporting requests made by clients and Client Advisors. Retention of all client correspondence, contracts and custodial documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 2 - 3 years of prior work experience in the investment, stock brokerage, or bank trust profession. Prior experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams. Prior experience using Tamarac and Money Guide Pro. Ability to manage tight time frames and perform multiple and competing tasks efficiently and independently. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and good relationship building skills.
