Managing product post-launch, the full-time remote Product Consultant will oversee vendor relationships, support sales training, and analyze product efficacy while collaborating with multi-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manages external vendors, including onboarding and resolving client issues Analyzes product efficacy and develops customer support initiatives to enhance member satisfaction Maintains documentation of product methodologies and prepares reports on healthcare utilization trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience Three years of product experience in relevant areas such as wellness or virtual care Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience managing multiple product lines Knowledge of backend claims and contract SLAs
