Digital Engineering Software Architect

Salary: $197,600 - 218,400 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of hands-on experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, along with CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and JFrog.
• We require proven experience deploying and managing workloads on Google Cloud Platform; strong knowledge of GCP networking, IAM, security, cost optimization, and core services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GKE, and Firestore is essential. Experience with AWS or Azure is welcome but does not replace GCP expertise.
• We are looking for strong experience building, scaling, and administering containerized environments with Kubernetes, including service mesh, autoscaling, and rolling deployment strategies.
• We need proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, C++, Perl, Ruby, or SQL to automate workflows and improve platform operations.
• We expect experience designing operational support models, including incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, and alerting.
• We value demonstrated experience with SRE and DevOps practices such as capacity planning, fault tolerance, and resilience engineering.
• We prefer experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• We design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code and modern DevOps methods.
• We build and refine CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, and JFrog to enable fast, dependable, repeatable releases.
• We develop and manage containerized application platforms with Kubernetes to maximize deployment efficiency, scaling, and service reliability.
• We automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• We create monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to maintain system health, performance, and resilience.
• We partner with development, product, QA, and security teams to deliver platform solutions that align with technical and business priorities.
• We actively contribute in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, while supporting continuous improvement.
• We assist with operational support activities such as incident handling, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance tuning for large-scale distributed systems.
