Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance sector, is seeking a Document Control Analyst/ Labeling Specialist to join their team. As a Document Control Analyst/ Labeling Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting labeling and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Document Control Analyst/ Labeling Specialist

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Ensure labeling compliance with quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Support ongoing updates related to hazard communication, regulatory compliance projects, and other specialized initiatives.
• Initiate change orders for new and revised labels using electronic documentation management systems.
• Identify issues with label template design to promote standardization and process optimization.
• Utilize multiple systems to gather data supporting change orders, updating bill of materials, batch records, and labels.

What's Needed?

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical software and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, summaries, relationships).
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently on assignments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
