About the location:
Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna'i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna'i, a kid's club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. Island activities, many managed by Four Seasons include sunset sails and whale watch tours, horseback riding, sporting clays and archery, biking, hiking, and aerial adventures at Lanai Adventure Park or learn about Hawaiian wayfinding at the on-site observatory.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (onsite or remote)

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.


WHAT YOU'LL D O


The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes the digital marketing strategy for Four Seasons Resort Lana'i, Sensei Lana'i, and all other Four Seasons Lana'i entities, across all online channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging, strong audience engagement, and measurable business results. This role oversees digital campaigns, website and social media performance, content optimization, and analytics to drive awareness, revenue, and guest engagement while supporting the resort's overall marketing objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, display, social media, email marketing, and SEO campaigns, in collaboration with corporate teams, agencies, and resort leadership to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize resort websites and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, SEO best practices, and timely updates for events, experiences, and ancillary offerings
  • Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate return on investment, and provide insights and recommendations to improve results
  • Support the promotion of resort activities, events, and experiences through digital channels, social media, online calendars, on-property marketing materials, and other guest-facing communications
  • Manage social media platforms by developing content opportunities, coordinating assets, supporting influencer and partner visits, and collaborating with resort departments to showcase the guest experience
  • Coordinate marketing collateral needs, including photography and video production, while supporting sales, resort operations, and promotional initiatives
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns with third-party partners and maintain local email marketing programs to support guest engagement and revenue objectives
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date resort information across all digital platforms, including proprietary, partner, and third-party websites, to maintain brand consistency and guest confidence

WHAT TO BRING
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Ability to travel to Lana'i as often as needed per business requirements
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, consumer engagement, and current industry trends, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, agencies, vendors, influencers, and media partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, photography and video production coordination, and other digital marketing, analytics, and content management tools relevant to the role
  • Three to five years of experience in a digital marketing capacity within luxury hospitality preferred
