You'll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client's unique voice, needs, and aspirations. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A); Dual licensure preferredProficiency with EHR systems or technically savvyValid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
