Inside Sales Representative

Full-Time | $55,000 - $65,000 Salary + Uncapped commission About the Role We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building strong client relationships, prospecting and cold calling. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for qualifying prospects, nurturing opportunities through consistent follow-up, booking appointments, supporting the sales process through to close, and fueling our sales pipeline across divisions including I-Med Claims, PDS, CCM, RPD, and Cybersecurity. What You Will Do Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration. Conduct warm-calling efforts to engage potential customers and nurture leads. Oversee telemarketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using relevant software. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Provide ongoing training and support to team members, enhancing their selling skills and product knowledge. Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Work with operations team while on boarding new client.
