Dedicated to providing the highest quality health care services to all New Yorkers with compassion, dignity and respect, and regardless of immigration status or ability to pay.Opportunity Details:Contributes to the education of medical trainees by participating in teaching, staff conferences, and assigned research projects.Conducts consultations for patients who suffer from birth defects, injuries, burn wounds, or those seeking cosmetic enhancement.Prepares patients for both surgical and non-surgical procedures, ensuring they are informed and comfortable throughout the process.Oversees post-procedure care, including stitch removal, incision assessments, and monitoring the healing process.Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)Active New York State medical licenseWages and Benefits include:Annual Base Salary: $322,000* (board eligible); $332,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $394,200** (board eligible) and $405,200** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
