Safety Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: The Safety Coordinator RIES is responsible for safety-related data integrity and generating, analyzing and disseminating safety-related reports to field management.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generates and analyzes weekly claim reports to support field operations. Generates ad hoc reports for field and corporate staff as necessary. Manages Safety and Environmental Compliance tracking systems (STRS/CTRS). Provides field training on division level use of compliance tracking systems. Regularly communicates with field management and resolves discrepancies or other concerns. Manages customer safety databases and updates with Company specific information. Maintains OSHA 300 and 300A log. Updates and maintain HSE policies and procedures. Assists with the coordination and tracking of employee training. Assists in tracking and analyzing DOT compliance. Provides monthly reports to the Safety/Operations group to upload in presentation decks. Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic understanding of safety plans and programs. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA and other applicable health and safety standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
