Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and support daily operations through a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven team culture.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.

• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrance points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with site guidelines.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters affecting daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
