We are looking for an Attorney/Lawyer to join a growing law firm in Denver, Colorado that represents clients in immigration matters and criminal defense-related proceedings. Responsibilities:• Handle a caseload involving family-based immigration matters, adjustment of status filings, consular processing, waivers, and other affirmative immigration cases.• Meet directly with clients to gather facts, explain legal options, and provide guidance throughout each stage of representation.• Prepare, review, and submit applications, petitions, legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation with accuracy and timeliness.• Develop case strategies that align with client goals, legal requirements, and procedural deadlines.• Work in partnership with attorneys and bilingual legal support staff to move matters forward efficiently and deliver strong client service.• Conduct legal research and apply relevant immigration and litigation principles to active cases.• Manage discovery, briefing, and motion practice when matters involve contested proceedings or litigation-related work.• Maintain organized case files and use legal technology tools to track progress, deadlines, and document workflow.
