A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Denver, Colorado. This full-time position offers an opportunity for an attorney with 2-6 years of experience to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution. The role is primarily in-person, with flexibility available after a probationary period based on performance and firm needs.
Duties
- Manage personal injury cases from intake to trial.
- Engage in both pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced trial lawyers.
- Advocate for clients throughout the legal process.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
- 2-6 years of experience in personal injury, insurance claims, or civil litigation.
- Strong understanding of tort law and legal principles.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
Education
