Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Denver, Colorado. The attorney will focus on litigating motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases, representing plaintiffs in Colorado. This role involves trial preparation and trial work, without handling pre-suit matters. Duties Manage day-to-day litigation cases. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in Colorado. Ideally, 3+ years of experience in personal injury, auto liability, or MVA cases. Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long‑term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
