Senior Litigation Attorney - Management Positions

Bachus & Schanker is one of the largest and most preeminent personal injury law firms in Colorado. We are looking to add a senior elite trial attorney to our Litigation Group, which works on our most complex cases. We have a team of approximately thirty attorneys and we have the technological and financial resources to support you and your clients.

You will work with a full-time paralegal solely dedicated to your practice, and you will have the ability to work your caseload independently, as well as have the flexibility to manage your time and your in-office hours.

Handle complex personal injury litigation cases, from start of litigation through trial.

Analyzing case records and analyzing legal issues on case.

Must be in good standing and licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado

5+ years of experience handling civil litigation cases in Colodaro.

3+ years of experience in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions of individual defendants, corporate defendants and experts, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials.

We recently received an award for Case of the Year from the CTLA and we are hiring attorneys who can be a part of the elite litigation group that works on our most complex cases.

The Firm offers a competitive compensation package that includes a strong base salary and generous commission structure with the opportunity to earn $200,000 to $350,000 annually.
