What You’ll Be Doing Independently manage a full caseload of civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Develop case strategies and provide guidance to clients and junior attorneys Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery-related documents Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel Our Ideal Candidate Has Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Colorado (additional state licensure is a plus) 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense (e.g., auto, premises, general liability) Strong trial experience and courtroom presence preferred Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills, with strong attention to detail and organization About Us This job posting is from a family of recruiting agencies: Access Data, Agile Resources, Paladin Consulting, and SNI Technology.
