Lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Provide strategic counsel to clients and colleagues on evolving case issues. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage deadlines and deliverables. Track changes in state and federal trust & estate law and incorporate into strategy. Qualifications 20+ years of litigation experience focused on trusts & estates defense. Demonstrated success in complex fiduciary and probate disputes with trial experience. Exceptional legal writing, analysis, and courtroom advocacy. Proven ability to juggle multiple high-level cases and deadlines. Leadership mindset with capacity to mentor junior attorneys. Colorado Bar required; JD from an accredited law school (federal admission preferred).
