Duties

• Handle complex personal injury litigation cases from initiation through trial.
• Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and manage discovery processes.
• Analyze case records and legal issues.
• Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements effectively.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
• Active license in the Federal Court for the District of Colorado.
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation in Colorado.
• 3+ years of experience in drafting pleadings, depositions, and jury trials.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
