Duties Handle complex personal injury litigation cases from initiation through trial. Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and manage discovery processes. Analyze case records and legal issues. Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses. Negotiate settlements effectively. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing. Active license in the Federal Court for the District of Colorado. 5+ years of experience in civil litigation in Colorado. 3+ years of experience in drafting pleadings, depositions, and jury trials. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
