Role Description The Clinical Support Nurse (Registered Nurse) role at MTMC is an on-site position; we are looking for nurses in a number of locations to fill per diem roles. The individual in this role collaborates with healthcare providers to support the clinical evaluation, implementation, and ongoing utilization of medical devices and supplies. Day-to-day responsibilities may include providing clinical education and training to hospital and clinic staff, supporting product trials and in-services, and gathering feedback on product performance and patient outcomes. The Clinical Support Nurse documents clinical findings, assists in the development of best practices, and helps ensure that products are used safely, effectively, and in alignment with clinical protocols. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to communicate clinical insights that guide strategy and improve patient-focused solutions. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license and clinical experience in acute care, specialty care, or similar healthcare settings. Demonstrated ability to provide clinical education, staff training, and support for implementation of medical devices and supplies. Strong skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and interpretation of patient outcomes and safety data. Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary clinical teams and internal stakeholders. Comfort with learning new technologies and medical products, and explaining their clinical use in clear, practical terms. Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple on-site responsibilities and priorities. Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic documentation tools; familiarity with healthcare data or quality metrics is an advantage. Experience working with or supporting medical device companies, product evaluation committees, or value analysis teams is beneficial. Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) required; advanced certifications or specialty nursing credentials are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr MTMC
