Job Details

• Position: Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner – Obstetrics/Gynecology / OB-GYN
• Location: Everett, Washington area
• Start Date: August 1, 2026
• End Date: February 15, 2027
• Duration: Approximately 28 weeks
• Schedule: Clinical hours only; Monday through Wednesday operating days, Friday clinic and admin day, Thursday off
• Shifts Per Week: 4
• Shift Duration: 10 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,440-$3,690
• Patient Volume: 6-12 encounters per shift
• Coverage Type: Inpatient and outpatient women’s health
• Licensure: Active Washington NP license or IMLC

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant advanced practice experience required; gynecologic oncology and pelvic surgery experience strongly preferred
• Experience with first assist in surgical procedures required
• Experience with robotic surgery systems, including DaVinci, required
• RN First Assist (RNFA) certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidates
• Board certified or board certified eligible as applicable
• DEA certification required
• Current CV required for consideration
• ACLS, BLS, and ATLS required
• Ability to perform pelvic exams and support standard OB/GYN procedures
• Clean credentialing history required for temporary privileges

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice coverage for OB/GYN patients with a focus on gynecologic oncology, pelvic health, and women’s healthcare
• Assist in surgical procedures, including robotic surgery and pelvic surgery cases
• Support inpatient and outpatient clinical care throughout the week
• Perform pelvic exams and manage standard GYN processes and procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and care teams to ensure smooth daily workflow and quality patient care
• See approximately 6-12 patients per shift
• Deliver efficient, high-quality care in both operating room and clinic settings
