Duration: 4 Months

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $50 - $53 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a "Validation Engineer III" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

Position Summary

Seeking a Validation Engineer III with 5+ years of validation experience to support manufacturing processes, systems, and quality compliance. The role involves developing validation documentation, executing validation protocols, supporting audits, managing validation projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols, reports, and Validation Master Plans (VMPs).

• Validate manufacturing processes, equipment, systems, and process changes.

• Review and assess Change Management documentation.

• Analyze validation results and prepare final reports.

• Support internal and external validation audits.

• Track validation projects and ensure timely completion.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of validation experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Experience with validation protocols, VMPs, change control, and validation documentation.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, validation principles, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
