You'll partner closely with leaders, build relationships with caregivers, coordinate schedules, support recruiting efforts, and make a direct impact on the lives of our residents and team members. Why You'll Love Working at Arbor Free meal every shift Competitive pay: $19 - $21.50 an hour, based on experience Paid Time Off for full-time and part-time team members—with the option to cash out unused PTO Get paid on your own schedule Career growth and advancement opportunities Tuition assistance & student loan repayment assistance Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Employee Assistance Program and emergency financial assistance What You'll Do Create and manage schedules for our care department to ensure excellent resident coverage Recruit, interview, and help hire outstanding caregivers and Med Techs Fill open shifts and proactively manage call-offs Support timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and leave management Partner with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs Build positive relationships with team members while balancing business needs Respond to after-hours scheduling calls (evenings and weekends) as part of the on-call rotation Help create a positive employee experience from interview through onboarding We're Looking For Someone Who Loves organizing people, schedules, and priorities Stays calm and solution-focused when plans change Has outstanding communication and customer service skills Enjoys recruiting and building strong teams Can confidently make decisions in a fast-paced environment Is dependable, responsive, and collaborative Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous staff scheduling experience required Experience using OnShift or a similar employee scheduling system strongly preferred Healthcare or senior living experience preferred Ability to work on-site at Arbor Terrace Crabapple Willingness to participate in after-hours scheduling support Make a Difference Every Day Behind every successful shift is a Staffing Coordinator who made it happen.
