Senior Director CRM Strategy & Growth

Yahoo CRM is seeking a Sr. Director, CRM to lead Yahoo's centralized CRM organization and own the performance of the channel portfolio, including engagement, retention, and revenue. You will own channel strategy, determine how demand translates into programs and vehicles, and shape cadence, sequencing, and data integration for personalized customer experiences. You will partner with Product Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Localization, and Messaging Platforms to drive scale, quality, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Yahoo Holdings Inc.
