The Farmer’s Dog, a NYC-based direct-to-consumer pet food company, is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Manager to own customer lifecycle communications and strategy. You’ll partner with Product Engineering and Data to move from manual, in-the-weeds execution to scalable, real-time journeys, and lead experiments that shape how we talk to customers at critical moments. You’ll manage a direct report, drive end-to-end lifecycle initiatives, and align cross-functionally to optimize retention and growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied Labs
