Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (PST)
$20/hr

Qualifications:

Wellness or related field experience and/or basic knowledge preferred
CX, Sales, or Refund Resolution background required
CRM experience required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and basic documentation/tracking systems
Well spoken and articulate
Professional on the phone; the role requires phone calls with customers
Personal commitment to health and wellness
Flexible availability across standard business hours in multiple time zones
Available for a minimum of 30 hours of calls per week
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
Understands/can function remotely with Zoom/Google Meet
Salesforce experience
