About the Role: As a National Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to maintaining long-term customer relationships with medium and enterprise-level customers. You will be responsible for promoting extensive range of packaging products, requiring creativity and a keen eye for designing beautiful and unique packaging solutions. Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Provide creative packaging solutions to customers, leveraging their extensive product range. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Requirements: 2-3 years of b2b sales experience Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and articulate the value of their products High level of enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for sustainable practices. Commitment to sales success and an eagerness to contribute to the company's mission and financial growth.
