Recruiter/HR Generalist

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Recruiter/HR Generalist in Cincinnati, OH to support talent acquisition and human resources functions for a commercial construction company.
- Drive company growth by recruiting skilled tradespeople and professionals
- Support employee retention through positive HR practices and programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Build company culture through effective onboarding and employee engagement Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and professional positions
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
- Administer onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment
- Assist with performance review processes and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Compensation and Logistics:
