Catholic Charities Comm's MANA House in Phoenix seeks a dedicated Case Manager to work with transition housing residents. You will meet residents at intake, develop individualized service plans, and assist with housing search, employment readiness, and access to benefits. You will coordinate with VA services, outreach to community partners, and maintain records in HMIS. Evening/weekend hours may be required; valid AZ driver license and fingerprint clearance needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities Comm
