This individual will lead SAP S/4HANA optimization and transformation initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes, develop future-state solutions, and drive program execution. Day to day, they will facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, oversee governance and executive reporting, and track risks, dependencies, and key milestones. A strong focus of this role will be driving organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training strategies, adoption efforts, and change readiness assessments to ensure successful implementation and long-term business adoption of SAP solutions across the organization. Target pay while on contract is $65-68 an hour.
