In this customer-centric leadership role, you will foster strategic relationships, ensuring that customer needs are at the heart of every decision as you manage complex program lifecycles and oversee subcontractor performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and mission delivery to provide transparent, agile solutions that directly support our clients' goals. Your proven expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and program execution will be key to advancing our national security mission and delivering exceptional value in the space domain.Responsibilities include managing complex situations, serving as the primary liaison between the company and customers, creating and owning the coordinated program baseline, leading cross-functional teams, directing program team activities, supporting a centralized coordinating body for PM concerns, providing strategic direction, performing risk and issue assessments, developing innovative solutions, delivering presentations, overseeing subcontractor activities, and leading internal and external program management reviews.Required qualifications include experience delivering a space vehicle through the entire engineering life cycle, building strong customer relationships, managing risk and overseeing cost, schedule, and technical baselines, a strong analytical background, and eligibility for Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, experience working within a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes.Compensation includes a base salary of $140,000 - $250,000, equity, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, and parental leave. Additional requirements include work location near Denver, work environment considerations, and physical demands.
