Key Responsibilities Lead the successful execution of construction, outage, maintenance, and service projects Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements Interpret, communicate, and administer contract terms and conditions Manage project financial performance, including profit and loss accountability Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within utility and industrial markets Monitor project change management processes and ensure appropriate documentation and recovery Review and approve project execution plans and staffing strategies Provide leadership and support for critical project issues and escalations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and labor organizations Communicate significant project developments and business risks to leadership Drive compliance with company policies, safety programs, and ethical business practices Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain construction and project management talent Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement Represent management in labor relations activities, collective bargaining discussions, and union-related matters QualificationsRequired Experience 8+ years of industrial construction, maintenance, or project execution experience 5+ years of leadership or management experience Experience managing multiple projects, customers, and field teams simultaneously Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Experience working with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and labor organizations Hands-on experience with industrial boilers and related equipment Preferred Skills Industrial construction management Utility or power generation project experience Outage planning and execution Contract administration and negotiations Business development and estimating support Workforce planning and talent development Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities What Makes You Successful Proven leader who can motivate and develop teams Strong communicator who builds trust with customers and stakeholders Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution and business growth Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective Comfortable working in dynamic field environments and managing multiple priorities Committed to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service Travel & Work Environment This position requires regular onsite presence at project locations and travel throughout the assigned region. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Farmington, NM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
