You enjoy analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish. As Senior Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for applying a proven understanding of the principles of valuation and for the valuation of all property types within the commercial real estate industry.**In this role, you will…*** Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.* Work with other Team members and independently across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.* Independently gather pertinent data through direct client interaction, including personal & telephone interviews with Brokers and Property Managers.* Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.* Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.**What you’ll bring*** 3-5 years of related work experience.* Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.* Strong organization and communication skills.* Bachelor’s Degree.* CRE experience/ background to perform the role.* Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.*#LI-JM1*****Make your next move an expert one and *join us* as we lead the industry into the future.****Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
