Noodle Express On Sullivan is hiring Shift Leads!

Our close-knit team works together to produce high quality food and service in a fast-paced environment that takes pride in its teamwork and organization. Noodle Express offers flexible schedules and a base wage of $17.50-$19.00 an hour, with a recent average of an additional $6-$8/hour thanks to our generous tip pool. With tips employees can expect to make $23.50-$26 an hour. We believe that exceptional service and guest satisfaction starts with treating our employees right. Our Shift Leads are exemplary in their work. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will create and sustain an environment that promotes the growth and development of all team members. Our Shift Leads actively perform tasks cooking, prepping, and cashiering to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations!

As a Shift Lead you will have responsibilities such as:

• Completing food prep duties.
• Giving superb service to guests.
• Aiding and assisting the store manager in compliance with restaurant standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensuring departmental tasks are completed.
• Bring a spark of energy to every shift!
• Maintain a high level of excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness in support of reaching restaurant goals.

And have following required knowledges, skills, and ability:

• Previous restaurant leadership experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to thrive in front of guests at the register or in front of the grill.
• The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks throughout the restaurant.

The concept behind the creation of the Noodle Express was to deliver the same great flavors of the Mustard Seed but in a fast-casual environment for everyone to enjoy. In 1992, the first Noodle Express was introduced at the Southgate Mall located in Missoula, Montana. We’ve since expanded to have locations across the inland northwest with locations across Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington.
