Rogers Cushions is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.

We are a well-established cushion manufacturing company seeking someone who is motivated, personable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who can multitask, communicate effectively, and help keep our daily office operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Assist with customer service, order status updates, and follow-up communications.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
• Assist with data entry and updating information in our computer system.
• Communicate with production and other departments regarding customer orders.
• Help with invoicing, paperwork, and other office tasks as needed.
• Provide general support to office staff and management.

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience- minimum of 3 years
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Friendly, professional attitude and ability to work well with others.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Position: Office Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am-5pm

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00
