Exciting contract opportunity available for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students and schools as a floating SLP! If you have a background in school-based speech therapy and enjoy variety in your work environment, this flexible assignment near Moreno Valley, CA might be the ideal fit.

In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams and make a meaningful impact across various grade levels—from elementary to high school. As a floating SLP, your primary focus will be assisting with pending assessments, providing direct services, and supporting the speech needs of students based on current caseload demands. This position starts immediately and extends at least through Christmas, with a strong likelihood of continuing through the entire academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, valid California SLP license or credential.
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in new environments and work with various age groups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive educational environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments as needed.
• Deliver individualized therapy to students across assigned schools.
• Complete thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to create holistic support plans.
