As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), you’ll play a vital role in helping young learners achieve communication milestones, working predominantly across one or two elementary sites.

Qualifications:

• Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
• California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to identify speech-language needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans for elementary-aged students
• Maintain all necessary documentation and track progress toward IEP goals
• Consult with teachers and staff to enhance generalization of skills within the classroom setting
• Engage with families, providing education and updates on student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
