Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active SC State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA is Required
• Minimum of 2 years recent PT experience, preferably in a hospital setting

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-12:30pm
• Weekend Requirements: Occasional coverage for acute care evaluations every 5 weeks
