We are seeking a Cook & Food Truck Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Manage and track food inventory
• Submit weekly food orders & shop for additional ingredients
• Receive and prepare customer dining orders
• Operate POS system and be responsible for the cash drawer
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Ensure a high quality of kitchen cleanliness and maintenance
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Track employee certifications and keep up-to-date
• Communicate and coordinate with management regarding procedural
• Communicate and coordinate with management regarding special event menus and planning

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Must have Food Manager Certificate and an Allergen Awareness Certificate
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• POS system experience
