Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Boulder City, NV

Job Description

This full-time contract role supports students by providing direct and consultative SLP services, helping them develop vital communication and language skills to thrive in both academic and social environments.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist license
Nevada Educator Certificate required
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desired
Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well as CCC-SLPs
Healthcare SLP experience is a plus
Strong commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and detailed documentation
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure continuity of care
Participate in IEP meetings and related school-based activities throughout the academic year
